Policies and Procedures

COVID-19 Updates

While face masks are not required in Moss this year, they are highly encouraged. Patrons are asked to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and consider vaccination or testing before attending an event. Steps will be taken in the venue to allow for the choice to socially distance, and performers will remain at an increased distance from audience members.

Please visit CMU's COVID-19 webpage for more updates

Will Call

All tickets requested for will call pickup will be held at the Will Call window at the Moss Performing Arts Center Box Office and will be available 90 minutes prior to show time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to curtain. In the event of a sold out show, your seats may be released if the tickets are not picked up as of 5 minutes prior to show time. Online ordering is highly recommended so that you can avoid long lines and print your tickets at home or display them on your mobile device.

Seating

Productions begin on time. The theatre will generally open for seating 30 minutes before curtain. Latecomers who arrive after curtain will be seated at the first convenient break when seating is available.

Wheelchair, Accessible and Companion Seating

Patrons purchasing Wheelchair or Companion Accessible tickets and not needing those specific accommodations may be asked to move to allow patrons needing accessible seating the ability to attend the performance. For general admission events where seating is on a 'first come, first served' basis, contiguous companion seating cannot be guaranteed.

Early seating options are available for patrons with special needs. Please contact Lara Connolly at 970.248.1210 to arrange accommodations.

House Rules

Food, beverages and smoking are not permitted in the theatre. The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers.

Children

All patrons, regardless of age, must purchase a ticket. As a courtesy to others, parents or guardians may be asked to remove children creating a disturbance during performance. Children under 5 and strollers are not permitted in the theatre except in the event of a presentation specifically designed for children.

Refunds/Exchanges

All tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation. Exchanges for another show during the same season may be available in person during daytime box office hours only before the show you are unable to attend. If you miss a show you have tickets to, we are unable to exchange your tickets at that point. Seating exchanges may also be available during daytime box office hours and in person only.
