Colorado Mesa University believes that a strong versatile economy relies on an educated workforce. The Mesa County Partner Scholarship assists major Mesa County employers in supporting their employees, age 24 or older, to further their education at CMU or CMU Tech.

- This scholarship may be stacked on top of any other merit or transfer scholarships offered by Colorado Mesa University.

Eligibility Criteria
- Meet CMU's Admissions requirements
- 24 years of age or older.
- Provide proof of employment with a Contracted Mesa County Partner Employer (e.g. paystub, employee ID) prior to the beginning of each academic year
Renewal Criteria
All criteria must be met to be eligible:
- Student must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress as published in the CMU Catalog.
- Maintain cumulative Colorado Mesa University GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Available until the student earns the allotted credit hours towards a completed degree:
- Graduate degree programs - 36 credit hours
- Bachelor's degree programs - 120 credit hours
- Associate degree programs - 60 credit hours
- Certificate programs - the published length of credit hours needed to complete
